We’re looking for a driven, sales-minded Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations, grow enrollments, and take our Elk Grove clinic to the next level.

No medical background required. If you can lead, sell, and execute, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Own

As Clinic Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like it’s your own:

• Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments

• Lead patient consultations and confidently present program options, packages, and add-on services

• Grow patient retention through renewals, follow-ups, and re-engagement of past patients

• Set and track monthly sales and conversion goals for yourself and the team

• Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff, including coaching the team on sales and patient conversations

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits

• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up

• Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes

• Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations

• Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance

• Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture
